1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rwg88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "you", "your") who accesses or uses the services available at rwg88.co and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.
1.2 By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on rwg88, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. These Terms form a legally binding agreement.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming activity on rwg88. This age restriction applies to all Members, including those accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or any other location in Malaysia.
2.2 One Account Policy. Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on rwg88. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. rwg88 reserves the right to suspend all duplicate accounts and to void any balances, winnings, or pending withdrawals associated therewith.
2.3 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. rwg88 is not liable for any consequences arising from the provision of false registration data.
2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC). Prior to processing any withdrawal, rwg88 will require identity verification documents, which may include a copy of your National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification, and may require proof of payment method ownership. rwg88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time.
2.5 Prohibited Jurisdictions. Individuals residing in or accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to register. It is the Member's sole responsibility to ascertain whether participation in online gaming activities is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rwg88 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
3.2 rwg88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. rwg88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where reasonable security measures, including 2FA, were not activated by the Member.
3.3 You must notify rwg88 immediately via the official support channel at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been compromised or that unauthorised transactions have occurred.
3.4 Any wager placed on rwg88 using valid account credentials will be treated as having been placed by the registered account holder, regardless of whether the wager was authorised by that person.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on rwg88 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). rwg88 does not accept deposits in, or disburse withdrawals in, any foreign currency. Members are responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by their bank or payment service provider prior to funding their rwg88 account.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. rwg88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, and Public Bank. rwg88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its sole discretion.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits are generally credited to the Member's rwg88 balance within minutes of successful processing by the designated payment provider. rwg88 is not liable for delays caused by the Member's bank or e-wallet provider.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. rwg88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification for any withdrawal request.
4.5 No Third-Party Funding. You may only fund your rwg88 account using payment methods registered in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating payment source.
5.1 rwg88 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the applicable promotion on the rwg88 platform.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be detailed in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. Any Member found to be exploiting bonus structures, including but not limited to: creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using arbitrage strategies to guarantee profit irrespective of outcome, or colluding with other Members to generate artificial wagering volume, will have their bonus and associated winnings voided. rwg88 reserves the right to close the account of any Member found to be abusing promotional offers.
5.4 rwg88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on rwg88, including live casino tables, slots, sportsbook markets, and 4D lottery, are governed by their individual game rules as presented within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail in respect of game-specific matters.
6.2 Malfunction Voids Play. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game, rwg88 reserves the right to void all wagers placed during the affected period. This policy applies to live casino games, slots, and all other game categories.
6.3 Sportsbook Settlement. Sportsbook bets will be settled in accordance with rwg88's official settlement rules. rwg88 reserves the right to void, suspend, or re-settle any bet where an obvious error in odds has occurred, where a market has been suspended due to suspected irregularities, or where the outcome has been affected by events outside normal sporting conditions.
6.4 All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live games, by physical outcomes observed in real time on camera. rwg88 does not manipulate game outcomes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on rwg88 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

9.1 All content available on the rwg88 platform, including but not limited to software, graphics, game assets, text, trademarks, logos, and user interface designs, is the intellectual property of rwg88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of rwg88.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rwg88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.
10.2 rwg88's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 rwg88 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to Members in advance where practicable.
11.1 rwg88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any aspect of the Platform, including game availability, payment methods, and promotional structures, at any time and without prior notice.
11.2 rwg88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account where: (a) the Member has violated any provision of these Terms; (b) rwg88 reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; or (c) regulatory requirements necessitate account closure.
11.3 A Member may close their own account at any time by contacting rwg88 support. Any remaining verified balance will be withdrawn to the Member's registered payment method, subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to rwg88's internal dispute resolution process. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue the matter through applicable legal channels.
12.2 Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
